My wife and I had a wonderful experience with our agent Daeon Smith-Jones. We are in the process of moving to Scottsdale from Seattle and she found the perfect rental home for us and successfully negotiated requests we had made about the property with the landlord’s agent. Daeon is very knowledgeable about the Scottsdale housing market and answered all of our questions. We appreciated how she prepared information packets for each house we toured and even provided resources to help with our move to Arizona. She was also extremely generous with her time, meeting with us 3 times in 4 days while we were in town to tour homes. I wrote that I know Daeon as a client but we started out as friends while in the midst of the pandemic. Her energy, her passion for life showed at that time but I wasn't in need of a new place to stay as I had just moved to the area.
